CEO WELCOME

On behalf of all the employees of Liberty Latin America, I am proud to present our first annual report on our commitment to the environment, social change, and corporate governance. From the beginning, we have focused on delivering the best entertainment and communications services and products to our customers in a way that is ethical, limits our impact on the environment, and uses our reach to bring the digital world to remote and underserved communities in our markets.

With this report, we continue working towards greater transparency and accountability in our efforts to meet our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) goals.

OUR APPROACH TO ESG

Environment

Developing sustainable and responsible business practices is important to us. We are committed to lessening our impact on the environment, reducing our energy usage, and developing renewable energy projects in our markets to support our communities.
Social

As a socially responsible company, we support initiatives that have a positive impact on the communities we serve and help to foster a more inclusive culture. From providing children with the connectivity and the tools they need for digital learning to raising awareness and educating around complex societal topics, we are committed to achieving greater social impact.
Governance

We are guided by strong ethical standards in daily interactions with our stakeholders. We conduct our business with honesty and integrity in accordance with high legal standards, and with respect for each other and those with whom we do business. Our Code of Conduct sets out the basic rules, standards, and behaviors necessary to achieve those objectives.
