Giving every employee a voice is an important step in building Liberty Latin America as UnoFamily and in creating a common set of expectations among all Liberty Latin America employees. We created SpeakUp to provide every employee with a single point of contact for any question about our Code of Conduct or policies or to report any behavior that you believe violates our Code of Conduct, any policy or the law.

SpeakUp uses a third-party software and service to provide you with 24/7/365, bilingual access to report any workplace issues or to ask any question about our Code of Conduct, our policies or the way we work. A member of our Ethics and Compliance team will review each report or question we receive and handle the matter appropriately. You can remain anonymous if you want to (if allowed by local law) and we treat each report seriously. We also do not tolerate retaliation and we will support every employee who speaks up in good faith.

Encouraging employees to SpeakUp is critical to our success at Liberty Latin America. Whether one of us reports a workplace concern, makes others aware of a safety concern, tells us that our equipment does not work as promised or provides a brilliant idea, every Liberty Latin America Employee should make his or her voice heard!
